Refund/Replacement Policy

The following reasons are covered by our 30 Days FULL Refund/ FREE Replacement Policy. If you are offered a refund or a replacement order, there will be no need to return the received item.

  • Item received is different from the description or the product customization information.
  • Item received is defective/damaged/broken/does not work properly.
  • Incorrect or mismatched size.
  • Lost/missing items.

Refund Time

If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item. Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-14 business days
  • Paypal: 3-5 business days (up to 30 days if pay with card)

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@popupia.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
